On Tuesday, National Voter Registration Day, organizations and volunteers began mobilizing across the state to help residents sign up to vote. Secretary of State Tahesha Way was at the campus of The College of New Jersey to launch the NJ Ballot Bowl, a contest aimed at turning out young voters. Twenty-seven schools are competing to turn out the most voters.

“In 2020 our state had highest youth voter turnout in the nation,” Way said.
